Ferry-inclusive Prices for 2008
We can provide a complete packages including return Ferry crossing on Wightlink from Portsmouth/Fishbourne or Lymington/Yarmouth or Red Funnel Southampton/East Cowes. We take care of booking the ferry for you. The following information shows a summary of typical package prices based on prices with WightLink (Red Funnel are similar prices). These are only examples - if you are staying longer or with different sizes of party, please use the on-line booking form to determine the package price.
Inclusive packages are available for short breaks (up to 5 days / 4 nights) or Period Breaks (from seven days upwards. All prices below include pitches with hook-up.

7 Day Breaks Car and Caravan / Motorhome Evening Special
The Evening Special ticket can only be used on sailings 18:55 - 11:30 in both directions. With this package we allow you to depart from the site in the evening on your final day. The availability of this package may be limited by the ferry company.

Notes
Car, Camper Van or Minibus with Tent Pitch
This type of package is valid for cars Minibuses or Camper Vans up to 6 metres (19' 8") in length. Please contact us for prices for longer vehicles.
Car with Caravan/Trailer or Motorhome with Pitch
This type of ticket is valid for cars towing a caravan or trailer up to 13 metres (42' 7") in overall length or motorhomes up to 9 metres (29' 6") in overall length. Please contact us for prices for longer vehicles.
High Vehicles - Important
Wightlink or Red Funnel must be advised on any vehicle and any roof-top item including but not limited to, aerials, cycle racks, luggage and sporting equipment when the height is 2.24m or above. Higher vehicles will not normally attract higher fares, but failure to advise the ferry companies may result in a delayed sailing.
Travel Supplements.
There are ferry supplements that apply if you travel on certains days, these are:
- 20th or 21st March (Easter)
- 23th or 24th May (Whitsun)
- 13th and 14th June (Isle of Wight Festival)
- Any Saturday in the peak summer period (22 July - 31 Aug).

Minimum Charges
A minimum charge of £48 per week per pitch applies to any booking over 14 nights.

A 20% deposit is required on booking. For ferry-inclusive packages, the balance is payable six weeks prior to the start of your stay. For site-only packages, the balance is payable on arrival.
Payment is by secure credit card payment through PayPal or by Cheque/Postal Order payable to Roebeck Camping.
Opening Dates
Open from 1 May 2008 through to the end of October.

Arriving and Departing from the Site
For 2008, we are open from 1 May until 31 October. If you would like to stay outside of these dates, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Pitches are ready from 12:00 noon, and should be clear by 11:00 am on your day of departure. Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 10:00 pm.
